Dosage

• 1 capsule once daily

Warnings

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts for a long period
• Contains B6; stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health professional as soon as possible
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Ingredients

• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride 100 mg (equiv. to pyridoxine (vit B6) 82.3 mg)
• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P) (active vitamin B6) 26.8 mg
• Zinc citrate dihydrate 77.8 mg (equiv. to zinc 25 mg)
• Magnesium amino acid chelate 100 mg (equiv. to magnesium 20 mg)
• Manganese sulfate monohydrate 15.4 mg (equiv. to manganese 5 mg)
• Biotin 500 micrograms
