Sports people, from weekend warriors to elite athletes, currently use sports supplements with no guarantee of the product’s quality or reliability. The consumption of contaminated supplements has led to drug prosecutions for some of the world’s most high profile athletes.

HASTA stands for Human and Supplement Testing Australia, and they are the first commercial product testing organisation for WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency).

HASTA is recognised Australia-wide and provides independent testing and certification of supplements to ensure that athletes and any drug-tested employees are protected as well as possible when consuming sports supplements (HASTA, 2018).

HASTA Certification involves more than just testing, it’s a significant commitment by the manufacturer, requiring formulation reviews and verification of the quality assurance and GMP systems in the product manufacturing sites.

After placing your order, you will receive a short questionnaire to complete and return. Our Herbal Naturopath will carefully review your responses to ensure the supplements you’ve selected are appropriate for your needs and will not interfere with any medications you may be taking. Once confirmed, your order will be promptly dispatched.

If we find that a product you’ve chosen isn’t suitable due to potential interactions or other concerns, we’ll contact you directly to suggest a safer alternative. If no suitable option is available, we’ll provide a full refund for that item.

You may place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire. On your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three orders, and so on.
