Bookings

To book an appointment with our Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist, simply click on Make a Booking.

You will be redirected to our online booking platform, where you can select the type of appointment you need. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your appointment.

A reminder email will also be sent to you 2 days prior to your appointment. If you are unable to attend, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. For more information, refer to the details below.

Our clinic is located in Kingsley. The exact address will be provided in your  reminder email sent to you 2 days prior to appointment.

Trading hours: in Person/Telehealth (AWST)

Wednesday - 1pm - 4pm

Thursday - 9am - 6pm

Friday - 7am - 3pm

Saturday - By appointment - contact us and we will discuss times available that suits us both.

Fee:  Our initial consultation fee is $185 per hour, and follow-up consultations are $135 for 45 minutes. This fee covers not only the time and attention you receive during your appointment but also the additional research we conduct outside of the consultation to create a tailored, holistic protocol that best suits your needs.

As an evidence-based practice, we are continually researching the latest information to provide our clients with the most effective care. At the same time, we honor the rich traditions of Herbal Medicine by referencing hundreds of books and articles to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to your healing journey.

Cancellation policy
We know your time is valuable, please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice.

The first time you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours we will make a note in your file and a fee will not be charged. All future cancellation that are less than 48 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
