Ordering Procedure: How to Get Started

To ensure your child’s safety and the efficacy of our Practitioner-Only range, we operate a review-based ordering process.

Our Safety Review Process

  • Browse and Select: Please look through our range and identify the supplements you are interested in for your child.
  • Submit Your Questionnaire: Once you’ve decided on the supplements, please follow this link back to our main Supplement Page. Scroll down to complete and submit the health questionnaire on your child’s behalf.
  • Practitioner Review: Our Herbal Naturopath will review the information provided to ensure the selected clinical-strength supplements are age-appropriate, correctly dosed, and safe to use alongside any other medications your child may be taking.
  • Approval to Order: Once the review is complete, we will notify you via email that your ordering access is active and you may place the order for your child.

 

The submitted questionnaire covers three consecutive orders. On the fourth order, we will ask for a brief update to ensure the protocol remains aligned with your child's growth and changing health needs.
