Dosage

  • 1 capsule daily with a meal

Warnings

  • Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions
  • Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
  • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Ingredients

  • Iron (as Iron (II) glycinate) (Ferrochel®) 24 mg

  • Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 182 mg (equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vit C) 150mg)

  • Riboflavin sodium phosphate 19 mg (equiv. Riboflavin (Vit B2) 15 mg)

  • Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 7.8 mg

  • Hydroxocobalamin (Vit B12) 500 micrograms

  • Calcium folinate 220 micrograms (equiv. Folinic acid 200 mg)

  • Rosa canina fruit dry extract 16.7 mg, derived from dry fruit 100 mg

  • Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 15 mg

  • Iodine (as potassium iodide) 100 micrograms

Freight charges may be added.  Upon receiving your payment, your order will be promptly dispatched.

You can place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire, but on your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three orders, and so on.
