Dosage

• 2 tablets twice daily with food

• Hydroxyapatite 980 mg (Equivalent Calcium 250 mg, Equivalent Phosphorus 108 mg)

• Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 125 mg

• Borax (Sodium borate) 13 mg (Equivalent Boron 1.5 mg)

• Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 13 mg (Equivalent Zinc 2.5 mg)

• Manganese amino acid chelate 7.8 mg (Equivalent Manganese 1.3 mg)

• Phytomenadione (Vitamin K1) 50 micrograms

• Colecalciferol 6.25 micrograms (Equivalent Vitamin D3 250 IU)

• Glycine max (Soy), pressed seed cake 56 mg (Derived from dry pressed seed cake 9 g)

You can place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire, but on your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three orders, and so on.
