Dosage
- Adults: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) daily
- Pregnancy: ¼ metric teaspoon (1.25 mL) daily
- Children 2 - 5 years: ¼ metric teaspoon (1.25 mL) daily
- Children 6 - 13 years: ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily
- Children 14 - 18 years: ¾ metric teaspoon (3.75 mL) daily

- Pregnancy and lactation: No Contraindications reported at 1.25mL daily
- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Freight charges may be added. Upon receiving your payment, your order will be promptly dispatched.
You can place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire, but on your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three orders, and so on.
