Inside the kit, you'll find clear instructions on how to collect your sample. Once you've followed the instructions and taken your sample, simply place it in the return envelope provided and send it to the address listed. Your results will be sent directly to our clinic, and we will notify you once they are ready for review.
Test Review Consultation: When your results are in, I will personally reach out to schedule a Test Review Consultation. This 45-minute visit is an opportunity to go over your results in detail and discuss the next steps moving forward. During this consultation, we will:
