Dosage

• 1 capsule daily

• Levomefolate calcium 433 micrograms (equiv. to levomefolic acid 5-MTHF active vitamin B9 400mcg)
• Mecobalamin co-methylcobalamin active vitamin B12 400 micrograms
• Biotin 300 micrograms
• Choline bitartrate 208.9 mg
• Inositol myo-inositol 50 mg
