Dosage
- Adults: 1 level included scoop (6.5 g) twice daily in water
- Children 6 - 8 years: ⅓ scoop twice daily in water
- Children 9 - 13 years: ½ scoop twice daily in water
- Children 14 - 18 years: ¾ scoop twice daily in water

Warnings
- Contains 196 mg sodium and 200 mg potassium per 13 g daily dose
- Contraindicated if taking Levodopa, Ceftriaxone, Dolutegravir, Elvitegravir or Warfarin
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- Contains potassium; if you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your health professional before use
- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
- Contains vitamin B6; stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
