Women's Health - Using Herbs and Essential Oils

We will look at the herbs that can support women during the different phases of your life & ease the transition periods that can often upset physical & emotional well-being. 

You will be learning all about herbal tonics & nourishing herbs that can support the feminine reproductive system throughout life.

We will look at the menstrual cycle, PMS, painful period, excessive bleeding & post-partum care (but not pregnancy) pre-menopause & menopause: ease the symptoms & prepare the body for it. We will also speak briefly about thyroid health, phytoestrogens & endocrine disruptors.   

We will also look at Herbs & products for self-care: for the body, mind & spirit!

Manufacturing

We will be making a herbal body massage oil that you will be formulating with what you have learnt in the workshop. You will also receive a copy of the lecture notes and recipe for all products that you we make.

Hands On Workshop

At each workshop we will be making from 1-2 herbal products.  I truly believe that the only way to learn how to make your own Herbal medicine is by making it yourself, so you will be taking home whatever herbal products we discuss in each specific workshop. 

All our workshops are held at our clinic at 6/75 Warburton Cres, Padbury on a Sunday from 10am to 11.30ish.  

Cancellation policy for workshops

If you are unable to attend any of our workshops you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of each workshop.  Unfortunately if you cancel less than 48 hours before each workshop there will be no refund, but I will send you the class notes and any other notes that are handed out at the workshop.
