- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses and a daily dose of 150 µg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded

- Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 125 mg (Equivalent Zinc 25 mg)
- Lutein 5.0 mg
- Potassium iodide 196 mg (Equivalent Iodine 150 micrograms)
- Selenomethionine 250 micrograms (Equivalent Selenium 100 micrograms)
- Withania somnifera (Withania), root 180 mg (Derived from dry root 4.5 g)
- Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree), fruit 200 mg (Derived from dry fruit 2 g)
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger), rhizome 62.5 mg (Derived from dry rhizome 1 g)

You may place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire. On your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three consecutive orders and so on.
