Dosage
- Children 1 - 4 years: ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily
- Children 5 - 12 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) daily

- Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides 2.3 g (Equivalent to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 253 mg, Equivalent to Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 1.0 g)
- Lecithin (Soy) 1.7 g (Equivalent Phosphatidyl choline 575 mg)
- Soy phosphatidylserine - enriched soy lecithin liquid 750 mg (Equivalent Soy phosphatidylserine 150 mg)
- Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 20 mcg (Equivalent Vitamin D3 800 IU)

You may place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire. On your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three consecutive orders and so on.
