Dosage

• 1 tablet twice daily

Warnings

• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses;
• A daily dose of 150 μg selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
• Individuals who are using prescription anti-depressants or suffer from bipolar depression should not use this product unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner
• St John's wort affects the way many prescription medicines work, including the oral contraceptive pill
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

• Ademetionine disulfate tosylate 98 mg (Equivalent (S)-S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) 50 mg)
• Calcium folinate 270 micrograms (Equivalent Folinic acid 250 micrograms)
• Potassium iodide 98 micrograms (Equivalent Iodine 75 micrograms)
• Selenomethionine 125 micrograms (Equivalent Selenium 50 micrograms)
• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 5 micrograms (Equivalent Vitamin D3 200 IU)
• Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort), herb 450 mg (Derived from min. dry herb 1.9 g, Std. to Hypericins calculated as hypericin 1.3 mg)
• Withania somnifera (Withania), root 150 mg (Derived from dry root 1.5 g)
• Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola), root 36 mg (Derived from dry root 630 mg)
• Plectranthus barbatus (Coleus), root 17 mg (Derived from dry root 500 mg)

You may place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire. On your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three consecutive orders and so on.
