Dosage
- Adults: 1.5 metric teaspoons (6.1 g) daily in 200 mL water with food
- Children 4 - 11 years: 1 metric teaspoon (4.07 g) once daily in 100 mL water with food
Warnings
- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses, a daily dose of 150 µg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

- Manganese amino acid chelate 31 mg (Equivalent Manganese 5.0 mg)
- Borax (Sodium borate) 8.8 mg (Equivalent Boron 1.0 mg)
- Potassium iodide 196 micrograms (Equivalent Iodine 150 micrograms)
- Molybdenum trioxide 180 micrograms (Equivalent Molybdenum 120 micrograms)
