Dosage

• Adults and children over 14 years:
• Acute: 1 tablet daily with food
• Maintenance: ½ tablet daily with food

Warnings

• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long time
• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible
• Contains vitamin B6
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Ingredients

• Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 250 mg (Equivalent Zinc 50 mg)

• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 50 mg

• Manganese amino acid chelate 19 mg (Equivalent Manganese 3.0 mg)

You may place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire. On your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three consecutive orders and so on.
