Dosage

• Adults and children over 14 years:
• Acute: ½ a metric teaspoon (1.9 g) in 200 mL water twice daily with food
• Maintenance: ½ a metric teaspoon (1.9 g) in 200 mL water once daily with food
• Children 4 - 8 years:
• Acute: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water once daily with food
• Children 9 - 13 years:
• Acute: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water twice daily with food
• Maintenance: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water once daily with food

Warnings

• Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice
• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible
• Contains vitamin B6
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

• Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 605 mg (Equivalent Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg)

• Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 125 mg (Equivalent Zinc 25 mg)

• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 10 mg

• Betacarotene 2.0 mg

• Colecalciferol 12.5 micrograms (Equivalent Vitamin D3 500 IU)
