Dosage

• 1 tablet twice daily

• Do not use during pregnancy or lactation
• Do not use if you have pre-existing liver conditions or seizure disorders
• In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor
• If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications, consult your health professional before use
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Ingredients

• Pinus pinaster (maritime pine) stem bark outer - Oligopin® 15 mg (min. equiv. to dry 15 g, std. to procyanidins 9.75 mg)
• Salvia officinalis (sage) leaf 272.7 mg (min. equiv. to dry 1.5 g, std. to thujone 4.1 mg)
• Actaea racemosa (black cohosh) rhizome 3.1 mg (min. equiv. to dry 20 mg, std. to triterpene glycosides calculated as 27-desoxyactein 77 micrograms)
• Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus) seed 171.4 mg (equiv. to dry 3 g)
• Lepidium meyenii (maca) tuber 150 mg (equiv. to dry 1.5 g)

You may place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire. On your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three consecutive orders and so on.
