Dosage

Adult Dose: Mix 1 scoop (1 level included scoop contains approx. 8g) into water and consume immediately. Take once daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin, nutritional and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains nicotinic acid which may cause flushing. Contains sulfites.

If we find that a product you've chosen isn't suitable due to potential interactions or other concerns, we’ll contact you directly to suggest a safer alternative.  If a suitable option is not available, we’ll provide a full refund for that item.

You may place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire. On your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three consecutive orders and so on.
