Dosage

• 1 tablet twice daily with a large glass of water

Warnings

• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains vitamin B6)
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Ingredients

• Choline bitartrate 150 mg
• Inositol 100 mg
• Taurine 100 mg
• Methionine 100 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 25 mg
• Folic acid 200 micrograms
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 200 micrograms
• Bupleurum falcatum (Bupleurum), root 150 mg (Derived from dry root 1.5 g)
• Berberis vulgaris (Barberry), stem bark 100 mg (Derived from dry stem bark 1 g)
• Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion), whole plant 111 mg (Derived from dry whole plant 500 mg)
