Dosage
- 1 level scoop (15 g) daily in 200 mL water

- Dimethyl sulfone (OptiMSM®) 1.5 g
- Colloidal anhydrous silica 40 mg
- Colecalciferol 25 mcg (Equivalent Vitamin D3 1000 IU)
- Borax (Sodium borate) 26 mg (Equivalent Boron 3.0 mg)
- Phytomenadione (Vitamin K) 70 mcg
