  • 2 tablets daily with meals

  • Iodine (as potassium iodide) 150 microgram
  • Selenium (as selenomethionine) 75 microgram
  • Colecalciferol (Vit D3 200IU) 5 microgram
  • d-alpha Tocopheryl acid succinate (Vit E 50IU) 43 mg
  • Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) 10 mg
  • Zinc (as citrate) 5 mg
  • Ascorbic acid (Vit C) 100 mg
  • Withania somnifera root 1500 mg
  • Rhodiola rosea root 200 mg

Our Herbal Naturopath will review your responses to ensure the supplements you've selected are appropriate for your needs. Once the suitability is confirmed, we will send you an invoice for payment. Freight charges may be added.  Upon receiving your payment, your order will be promptly dispatched.

You can place up to three consecutive orders without completing another questionnaire, but on your fourth order, a new questionnaire will be required, which will then cover the next three orders, and so on.
