Dosage

• 1 tablet daily for general support of a healthy female hormonal balance
• Or 1 tablet daily for the first half of the female hormonal cycle and then 2 tablets daily for the second half

Warnings

• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
• Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses and a daily dose of 150 µg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
• Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives; consult your health professional before use
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

• Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree) extract 100 mg, derived from dry fruit 1.0 g
• Bupleurum falcatum extract 150 mg, derived from dry root 1.5 g
• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) extract 208.33 mg, derived from dry root 2.5 g
• Rhodiola rosea extract 75 mg, derived from dry root 600 mg
• Tocopherols concentrate - mixed (low alpha type) 75 mg
• Pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 23.5 mg (equiv. pyridoxine 15 mg)
• Zinc (as Zinc citrate dehydrate) 15 mg
• Iodine (as Potassium iodide) 149 microgram
• Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 75 microgram
