Improve your digestion - Using Herbs and Essential Oils

Our general health is deeply influenced by the quality of our digestion system, which will impact our immunity, vitality & our capacity to eliminate internal toxins (e.g.: hormones) & external ones.

We will see how the digestive system influences our mental & emotional well-being & vice versa (the gut as the 2nd brain) & how there isn’t ONE perfect diet but one that is adapted to each person’s constitution and specificity, as well as the seasons.

We will look at the

• Quick overview of the digestive system and how important to keep it healthy
• Herbs and essential oils that can ease common digestive discomforts
• Herbs and essential oils that can improve our digestion & gut flora in the long term.
• We will also look at the notion of digestive fire, quick metabolism, and “bad blood”

We will taste, a variety of herbal products that are great for the digestive system.

Manufacturing

We will be making a spring detox vinegar that you will be formulating with what you have learnt in the workshop. You will also receive a copy of the lecture notes and any recipes discussed in workshop.

Hands On Workshop

At each workshop we will be making from 1-2 herbal products.  I truly believe that the only way to learn how to make your own Herbal medicine is by making it yourself, so you will be taking home whatever herbal products we discuss in each specific workshop. 

All our workshops are held at our clinic at 6/75 Warburton Cres, Padbury on a Sunday from 10am to 11.30ish.  

Cancellation policy for workshops

If you are unable to attend any of our workshops you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of each workshop.  Unfortunately if you cancel less than 48 hours before each workshop there will be no refund, but I will send you the class notes and any other notes that are handed out at the workshop.
